Through personalised learning, we deliver an engaging curriculum and provide our children with memorable experiences knowing that when they come to leave our school, they leave with a lifelong love of learning.

As a Church of England Primary School we have close links with The Diocese of Leeds and share their educational priorities.

If you are the successful candidate, you will play a significant part in its future success. You will have class-based responsibility, however also a significant amount of non-contact time allowing you to innovate and work with colleagues to model best practice and ensure that the learning needs of every child are met. You must be highly motivated, determined and approachable; supporting colleagues with a can-do spirit. Your positivity, creativity and vision should inspire and lead change to ensure successful outcomes. We work alongside parents, governors and the wider community to provide a creative, balanced and inspiring curriculum.

As part of St Mary’s Academy Trust you will have opportunities to work alongside colleagues from the other Trust schools and the central educational team of the Trust, as well as having many opportunities for their own professional development and training.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced or aspiring senior leader seeking to take the next step in their career.
